There is a state-of-the-art workstation available (Building 23) which runs Fiji and the IMARIS package (Version 9.2) with the Imaris MeasurementPro module

Fiji (Fiji Is Just ImageJ) is based on the open source image processing software ImageJ. Here, many useful plugins are already integraded allowing various different applications e.g. three-dimensional representations of z-stacks (3D viewer), ratiometric measurements or quantification of colocalization.

Imaris is a powerful 3D/4D image analysis sofware www.bitplane.com. The MeasurementPro module allows the extraction of statistical parameters such as volume, surface area, sphericity and many more.
