Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope
Leica - TCS SP5 II (2010)
The TCS SP5 II is a confocal laser scanning microscope for high resolution multi-colour imaging. Since it does not have a CO2 incubator, it is best suited for the microscopy of fixed samples and non mammalian cells.
