Conference fees include access to all scientific sessions, poster and award sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners (unless stated otherwise in the program), social evening and congress bag with related materials, including attendance certificate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the organizing committee. Payments made for the accommodation are not refundable. Cancellations received before January 15, 2020 will receive a 75% conference fee refund. Cancellations received after January 15, 2020 will receive no conference fee refund.
Liability and insurance
The organizer is not responsible for damage or injury to persons or property during this event. Participants indemnify the organizer for any claims whatsoever for any damages incurred by the participants in relation to or arising from the event, except if this damage is caused by a wilful act or gross negligence by DGP2020 Staff or Board. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.
Force majeure: The organizer is not liable if it fails to comply with the delegate’s obligations and expectations in case such failure is a result of either natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, fire etc. for which no one can be held responsible, acts of violences (wars, riots, terrorism) or performance failures of parties outside the control of the organizer (subcontractors, transport problems, etc.).
