it is our greatest pleasure to announce and invite you to the 39th annual Meeting of the German Society for Protozoology to be held at the University of Kaiserslautern, Kaiserslautern, Germany from March 4 - 6, 2020 under the patronage of university president Prof. Dr. Helmut J. Schmidt.

The conference will cover a broad range of research topics within protozoology, including taxonomy, phylogenomics, evolution, parasitology, cell biology and more. Additionally, the conference will be amended by a hands-on workshop focusing on next-generation sequence data analysis.
