The genetic information of eukaryotic cells is located on the chromosomes in the cell nucleus. Maintaining the integrity of this genetic information is necessary for the survival of every organism on earth. We study the molecular mechanisms of chromosome replication, repair and segregation and how errors in these processes contribute to human disease. More information can be found on our website (more).
