6500+ coupled with Waters ACQUITY Premier and SelexION. 

The 6500+ mass spectrometer offers a sensitive high-throughput platform for primary and photosynthetic intermediate quantification, together with bio-inert chromatography for polar metabolite separation. The instrument is directly coupled to an ion mobility (SelexION, ABSciex) system for robust isomer separation and enhanced ion transmission. 

For quantification we employ label-free and labelled standard curves of standards for most primary and photosynthetic intermediates, in addition to isotopomer analysis of 13C-based labelling flux experiments. For quantification, we employ SciexOS software enabling automated precision peak annotation and integration and improved targeted workflow.
