We are offering a thesis for a bachelor or master student as part of the project ClimpHIT. The tasks for the student include:
 

• primer design and testing
• RNA isolation and cDNA synthesis from the tissues of Ap. astaci strains
• comparison of the chitinase expression between  strains

Investigation of the activity of the chitinase genes under temperature stress in vitro
