We are currently looking for a master student to work on the project “Characterisation of the invasive calico crayfish virome” (CaliVir). The tasks of the master student would be:
 

      1)  RNA isolation from environmental samples and cuticular swabs
     2)  Analysis of the RNA sequencing data
     3)  Design and testing of RT-PCR primers for virus detection
